Once you're on the plan, you're covered! If while performoing your annual Comfort iQ member maintenance, we find a component that will likely be a problem for you, we will make you aware of the issue and replace the part at no charge (no parts or labor fees). The repair is completely covered by your maintenance agreement. Same goes if any covered equipment breaks down during the year. Just call us! As a member, you are immendiately put on pirority status and we will come fix it ASAP. The part(s) and repair is covered by you maintenance agreement. In the event that equipment covered by the plan completely fails and requires replacement, we will replace it. The equipment and labor are completely covered by your maintenacnce!
